What does it take to be a podcaster? It requires you to learn the tech skills to do things like record, edit, and publish. It takes intentional planning and preparation to craft quality episodes. It also takes determination and mind management.

As a busy educator, I know how much time and care goes into continuing your podcast week after week. There are days when it feels like so much fun, and when you can see the impact it’s having on your audience and your business. But then there are times when you feel like you can’t keep up, that it’s not growing fast enough, or that it’s just a waste of time. That’s where mind management comes in.

Chrissy Nichols is on the show today to share exactly what mind management is, why you should be okay with B minus work, and how these two concepts could be the key to decreasing stress and negative self talk. After hearing Chrissy, I know you will feel inspired and walk away with a new excitement for your show!
